■Electronic Level Indicator is composed of three main parts: pressure measuring cylinder, controller and electric contact. The controller detects whether water or steam contacts the electrodes by measuring the conductivity between the electrodes and the metal walls of the water column. A certain number of electrodes are installed on the measuring cylinder, and they are placed at different heights. The controller determines the boundary point between water and steam by measuring the conductivity of each electrode.
■Suitable for steam systems in power plants, manufacturing plants, and more.
■Redundant connections are used between the electrodes and the electronic unit, and the electronic unit is powered by dual redundant power supplies.
■Conductivity, capacitance, admittance multi-parameter detection, slight dirt on the electrode does not affect the measurement.
■Each electrode adopts an independent analog measurement circuit, which can independently display the feedback signal strength.
■The system has a self-test circuit that can detect power supply, clock, and wiring faults.
■Electromagnetic compatibility design, completely unaffected by electromagnetic radiation.
